Hi!  Welcome to Colorado Dream Property!.  I live in Canon City, CO, with my husband,  Allan, 3 horses and a dog.  I've been here over 20 years, where I raised 2  children in the house I am still living in -  so you may find me a bit biased toward my community.  I absolutely love living here and am bent on telling other people about it!  I have encouraged my friends and family to come join me and  have an uncle and a sister living in Fremont County. I am working on enticing my brother,  my parents, and the rest of my friends, and hopefully you, too, will come take a look!

As you can see by the photo here, I love horses!  This is a good place for horse people, with all the disciplines being practiced,  from rodeo to dressage.  You can explore the many facets by going to my other website  www.horsestop.net  

I also enjoy the river and admire the people that glide down it's icy water in their rafts, kayaks and ducks!  And the tourist train that takes its passengers along the river and through the gorge (click on the train photo to learn more) is simply awesome!

 


 

Being a broker/assoc.  for Properties of Colorado keeps me informed about real estate, especially ranches and land.  (We sell more land than anyone in the area). I try to include my dog, Nico, in my touring of property. When she isn't sleeping she loves to check out the country places with me!
